That was a good addition to my collection: <I'll be happy to take any and everybodies parents coin collections... > I would leave those two out too. And should it be "everybody's"? I have no idea where the apostrophes should go in that case. You could have sneaked one down the end and popped it in "collection's" which is a popular placement these days. They are like Al Qaeda, slipping around the place, hard to pin down and nobody knows exactly where they are. I bet the QUALCOMM proof readers would know. They are amazing. In 15 years, I have never spotted a mistake, though in a couple of web pages, I did find an error but I think it was content about a location in China, but there was one in an obscure web site in India to do with employment. QUALCOMM management should recognize them with an award for being simply the best. Meanwhile, the auditors should be ditched because they persist in signing "Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP" as though it's a signature. It should be signed by an actual human, namely, the boss. If they can't do a good job of signing their name and assigning responsibility, I don't trust them to audit QUALCOMM's accounts. They are getting money for nothing. QUALCOMM's accounts must be the easiest thing in the world to audit as they are not into criminality, deception and flim-flammery. You won't find QUALCOMM executives calling capital expenses revenue, or the reverse as Bernie Ebbers and crew did. Price Waterhouse can pretty much just dabble here and there, sign the documents and bank the money. Their reputation is not going to be harmed by QUALCOMM. More likely, QUALCOMM's reputation is likely to be harmed by association with Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP, just as Arthur Andersen tainted associated companies which had to bail out from using them. Which is not to say PWC is like AA, just that I don't think they are up to QUALCOMM standards, and evidence is their continuing signing with a fake signature, instead of with an actual human who is responsible. See page 51 in the annual report. Note that on page 5, Dr Paul E. Jacobs and Steven R. Altman have BOTH signed, being jointly and severally responsible for their statements. They have used their actual signatures. On the voting documents for the meeting on 7 March 2006, item 4 is "To ratify the selection of Pricewaterhousecoopers LLP as the company's independent accountants for the company's fiscal year ending September 24, 2006. Everyone should vote AGAINST. Mqurice
