John, Yeah I know but look at last year... things appear to be changing. I looked at the SST's a couple of weeks ago, out of curiosity, and they appeared to be about the norm. Don't worry, be happy...

John, After 2.5 years of my boat in Dinner Key, you can have Florida! It took damage last summer due to at least two named storms and possibly the nearby passing of yet a third named storm. Unfortunately, I was busy elsewhere, where there is no weather to speak of, trying to recover from a heart attack and a stroke. What I will miss able Dinner Key won't be the weather or the incredibly shallowness of Biscayne Bay, but may be the general gentrification of the area including the upscale grocery store that moved into one of PAN AM original hangers.
