MHO is that the real lesson is why the hell are people living there? And stop trying to control the river in such a stupid way... To be honest I think all the rest of us bailing out the Hurrican areas is quite foolish, it's only going to get bigger and bigger, and folks living in more sane areas subsidize those living in the way of mother nature. Of course, Bush isn't saying THAT either, wAY too unpopular. He's throwing good money after bad as well. JMO dAK
