Mr. Long..I fear that some real good stuff is already in the country. I have sat in a truck stop, with a friend, a long time before 9/11 and watched the Canadian trucks driven be ME's come in to rest. They were mostly on the way to LA at that point. They would then pick up another load and take it to XXX and then get another one and go to YYY. The truckers knew it because the Canadians were stealing their good loads. The front of those reefers weren't checked at the border. The truckers did not like Clinton, NAFTA or Kalifornia.
