The US was doing great business with Nazi Germany until a decrete by FDR in 1940. The old Bush was involved with that including the American Silesian providing coal to run the trains in the Polish territories and thus to Ausschwitz. Sweden was neutral and did business with both sides, just like Switzerland. Bofors cannons were shooting at each others from both sides. Any secrets here? I even informed you about the Swedish role in developing Eugenics to a level the Nazis could understand and use. Something new to you but not to me or to my fellow Swedes. BTW, are you aware of anything done wrong by the Jews and/or most recently the state of Israel? Or are you in the preferred state of denial here?... Taro

You are small country with a small army north of another country that is out of control. You have had a tradition of being neutral. You have your citizens to protect. Your out-of-control neighbor to the south is invading everyone including your brother. What the hell would you do? You sit back and judge people like God gave you the right. And you act as if anyone who doesn't defend the Jews must be anti- Semitic. Well I have news for you. There are other troubles in the world besides the troubles of the Jews. And frankly, I am tired of MY country defending and supporting Israel because Mr. Herzl wanted an independent state for the Jews and decided to place it in the middle of a hornets' nest. I wonder how much easier things would be now if Herzl had taken the offer of land in Uganda or in Argentina. At this late date, I am not proposing abandonment of Israel, but I sure as hell would like to see a solution that will end this feud that needs the ongoing largesse of the US. And that may just require that the Israelis give up more than they would like to.
