pay back the people he has injured liberal governments have been protecting their peers for decades. It will take a long time to correct the ills. To reverse the injustices we have to start by making politicians, bureaucrats and government employees criminally and financially responsible for their actions. It would be a safe bet to say that common sense would miraculously reappear in governing. Consider this, these folks usually get time off with pay as a reprimand.....no friggin wonder we have what we have....

Peter in the case of murder I'm saying the horse is already out of the barn... I agree it would provide some succor to a family suffering economic hardship as a result of the murder but what stops the bad guy from simply becoming a street person or going further into crime... it's easy to hide money really ... As always all these incarceration and financial retribution schemes unfortunately work best on those who might actually be worth saving... a minority though...
