If he runs with Rudy, he can pledge to be a one-termer not beholding to anyone. If he does well it could be a 12 year run. Doesnt have to be Rudy either--Romney was on the sunday circuit yesterday. Not quite ready for prime time but very photogenic. His big negative is that he is a Mormon and evangelicals hate mormons i am told. Rudy makes it with Evangys because of WTC/NYC. Rudy will be pro life personally with pro choice and pro Roe because of womens rights and his view of constitution. Abortion is becoming less of an issue as ultrashounds showing life intersect with day before and day after pills + majority stem cells support. Abortions as we know them will become less and less and there will be more birth control and pro active day after stuff which is far less objectionable. Just my guess on how next few years will evolve. mike
