Peter, I appreciate all of the info, but it doesn't tell me a whole lot about the Dubai situation. If the ports, in question, are going to be handled by other nations, it seems that we will have to be more careful in out inspections, and surveillance, to prevent any terrorist invasion, but even if they were handles by Americans, the same attacks could take place. If the people from Dubai are made aware of the scrutiny that will be looking over their shoulders, I can't see where that is a worse scenario than any other.
