SOUNDS MORE LIKE SOME ROGUE SEC GUY OVER STEPPED HIS AUTHORITY AND COX IS TRYING TO DISTANCE HIMSELF FROM SUCH A NOT SO BRAINY MOVE.

BET THE SEC GUY RESPONCIBLE FOR THE SUBPOENA GET A YELL OF TWO FROM HIS SUPERIORS.

CAROL AND HERB HAVE EXPOSED MANY FRAUDS ON WALLSTREET. MANY TIMES WAY BEFORE THE SEC ACTED.

BTW, IN MY CASE MATRIXX NEVER SUBPOENAED CAROL REMOND. DOES THAT SEEM STRANGE TO YOU ESPECIALLY AFTER WHAT THEY SAID IN THEIR PRESS RELEASE ABOUT HER?
