Don, I think conditions are much more propitious for the P&D routine now than in the past years going back to '99.

For one thing, it appears that there is a large influx of new retail speculators. Of course these green-horns are the prime prey of the P&D scam. Also, housing speculations is cooling off, and that was soaking up a large number of $$$. Third, and this is really the one to watch, the trade deficit has placed a large number of $$ in foreign hands, which 1- have no idea what to do with them, and 2- are generally extremely naive regarding the extent of corruption in the US stock market. So the idiot fruit is hanging quite low. I do expect there is a long way to go before any crash (with apologies to RTS). The number of $$ from working folks, real-estate neuvous riche (sp?) and foreigners will keep stocks going up for a while. There could still be a crash in October. But I think for intel specifically, it will be from a higher level.
