We should remember as well that in the Gulf War he sent some aircraft over to iran for safekeeping. Might not have been his beset choice of countrys. I believe he had chem battlefield weapons. I dont think he dared use them against us--they probably were old and might have done more harm to his own army than ours. Bio weapons are what really scared me back then. I wonder if he ever had anything meaninful there and if so where they wound up.

Kech, that's a joke. It doesn't mention the nuclear warheads [Condoleezza mentioned]. It doesn't mention the "40 minutes to launch". They didn't mean 40 minutes to launch intentions to develop programmes and maintain intellectual capital.
