For those willing to look behind the veil, complication can be supplanted with simplicity, true enough. But there is a maze that one needs to traverse before getting to that vantage point. Like hiking up the trail you come to one vantage point...and you think you understand the topography. Then further up the trail you get a new view...and sometimes that second viewpoint trumps the knowledge gained on the first...and so on.
