I think, if the Israelis did return to the '67 borders it would show good faith, and the Pal militants would have a much harder time recruiting. I don't think it would eliminate the terrorists, but it would take ALL moral basis away from them ( as far as the rest of the world is concerned ), which Israel currently provides them by maintaining illegal settlements.

I think the separation wall accomplishes basically the same thing without Israel giving away land that it wants. Personally I think the separation wall is a graet thing, not as good as my proposed solution, but keeping those two groups of people separate for ~60 years or so (so that everyone from modern times can die off) is a good thing.
