Males in church choirs are often gay. That's a fact. Many of them are closeted gays. Many of them are openly gay. Gay guys love choirs just like they love Broadway shows. But I never said they were ALL gay. That's a ridiculous statement.

The air in Houston is the worst in the nation. This is due to a large part because of GW Bush cooperating with polluters and stripping environmental laws in Texas. Read the book "The Dirty Truth" for all the cash-for-pollution rights deals Bush made. Others to blame are all the Tom Delay crony types.

Bushies are not real conservatives. They defy at least 50% of what Goldwater (father of modern conservatism) believed in, and there's not a single thing Bushies seem interested in conserving except their power and corporate profiteering, by any means necessary. Bushies are actually selfish radicals ande white collar crooks. They are not really patriotic, don't really care about protecting us, are fiscally reckless as can be, and don't even care about guarding our borders. Bushies simply pander to whatever rightwing fringe group and corporate special interest they're interested in getting votes and money from, and they do so in blatantly unethical ways. They also cheat in elections and want to take away our civil liberties, free press and checks and balances, all trampling on the Constitution. A tur conservative would respect the Constitution and the words of our founding fathers. Bushies don't. They are enemies of the what this country was founded on.

1300 Dead In Iraq In Past Week. Hellish. Out of Control. msnbc.msn.com This kind of thing makes people start missing the iron hand of Saddam. Lesser of two evils kind of thing. This was clearly a week of civil war. Let's hope it doesn't continue, but looks pretty bleak. This all stems from several major errors and dishonesties by Bush-Cheney in starting this war. And it stems from Bush refusing to take advice from the real experts, including Colin Powell and his own father. But hey, the GOP got to steal the 2002 midterms because of the Iraq War so I guess Bushies think it was worth it.
