I am 60.
I voted for:

68 cant remember
72 Nixon This went bad on me.
Carter This was even worse
Reagan Loved the guy
Reagan Loved him more.
Clinton Didnt hate his presidency, just him.
Dole (i felt sorry for him but if it were really close i probably would have voted for clinton)
Gore at the last second in the booth because i didnt think bush had the smarts or the gravitas. I held my nose on the Gore vote.
Bush because kerry was a waffler and after 9/11 i thought bush had the smarts and gravitas. I was right in 2000 on bush apparently

PS JFK was a hero and RFK was the last time i was really passionate about politics. So i say i am an independent and every four years i make up my mind in my own way.

2008 Bush didnt have the smarts or gravitas as this chaotic second term proves so clearly. I want someone smart and independent. I like mccain, giuliani, and clinton among the heavyweights. Hillary is the longer shot to get my vote and that will only happen if mccain and giuliani arent on the ticket and there is not other i can embrace. Will not vote for a bush clone. Next president must be tough, strong and willing to fess up when wrong and make changes in his/her admin. Hillary has a sleazy past but alot of that i attribute to her sleazy trailer park hubby.
