Sawbones sometimes has a heck of a time turning down a trip to Maui with visions of hula girls dancing in his head when it's thirty below in Sioux City in the middle of January....Just for handing out a few new pain killers even though he had heard a rumor about some guy using them once had a heart attack.. Probably just a freak coincidence..What the hell was the name of that little pill.. Sela, Cela,, Bella something or another, Oh Hell, it doesn't matter, Hawaii here I come!!.. If it happens in Africa, it also can happen here, maybe not at the same scale but remember what they said about a "Katrina type disaster" in this country..
