I probably shouldn't do this but here it goes.

What is a "right winger" as you see one? If you have the time would you tell me what a "left winger is".

I am serious about this and I would really appreciate an answer.

The fact is the 4th Ammendment of the U.S. Constitution states that one has the right to be secure in their homes and possessions from unreasonable searches. Domestic spying ignores the 4th Ammendment.

Are you able to identify anyone - one person - one US Citizen, who has had his or her constitutional rights against unreasonable search and seizure violated by the NSA intercept program?

It maddens me when people, such as yourself, refers to it as domestic spying. It isn't domestic spying. It is intercepts of calls originating overseas involving persons who are suspected terrorists. Frankly, if my 75 year old neighbor is talking with Osama Bin Laden, I want my government to know.

Now, run off and find me that name.

As for What a stupid way to run a country.

Go on out there and get yourself a majority and change the government. That's the beauty of our system of government. Y'all haven't been terribly successful at that in recent years.

BTW, as for your gratuitous dig at Oral's name, I happen to know that there is a basis for his SI alias, and it has nothing to do with Oral Roberts the preacher. You're full of s*** for suggesting it does.

"Only the most rightwing Bush apoligist lawyer would agree that the President has some magical power to ignore"

Please show me your post condemning Clinton for this. After you have established your credibility we can discus it on the legal merits. How about your posts condemning Carter for doing it?

The fact is that only the most leftwing radical attorney would make the specious claim that intercepting international calls qualifies as domestic. International does not equal domestic except in some really obtuse views. Do you drink your coffee black only with cream in it too?

Rock, Since you use the term "dude", I consider you to be a juvenile, and don't know that there are many Oral Roberts in this country, and most of them were not named for the preacher. You're an idiot.

I'm not a lawyer but I think that is correct.

Now please find me someone who's rights have been violated. Since the ACLU and the DNC can't I'm going to assume you can't either so you really are doing nothing more then repeating a lie hoping it becomes the truth at some point.

Why should we do business with UAE. Your right, we shouldn't. Since we can't do business with our best ally in the middle east we in essence can not do business with Arabs period. We have one open and moderate country in the ME and we are going to tell them they are our enemy. Brilliant. In this case Bin Hidin is right, you can't live with the infidels. What moderate Muslims there are the world over can't come away from this port deal with any other thought.

At this point we are like a recruiting film for the freaks.
