You appear not to understand the deal. They are buying the contracts to manage terminals in ports which have multiple terminals.

Peter, you appear not to understand.

"foreign firms owing our ports" is the Democratic talking point on this issue, just as a while back it was "Bush lied."

They figure if they say it enough, people will believe it.

You know, I know, and plenty of others know, it's not an issue of any foreign country or government owning our ports.
