Yes, I would argue that ports should be all American owned. Or at the very least, only very strong, time tested allies should own them (like the UK or Israel).

As far as China goes, I'd definitely not want them owning them either, although I have to say that I believe China is less of a threat to us than Middle Eastern countries. They are more concerned about world stability so they can continue to compete in commerce. Middle Eastern people don't give two shits about world peace and especially not peace with the US.
