This was a lesson relearned by socialists when Hillary Care most of the medical community escaped and Hillary only succeeded in destroying the vaccine industry in America.

Idiots like that do not understand how little power they have over business. Wal-Mart may not change their policies, and the state may receive some revenue. When they start mandating spending by small business, their results will certainly vary from their intentions. I knew a businessman whose response to being required to contribute 50% towards health insurance was to give himself and management free health care; he then made a nominal match of the production workers' premium.

Businesses routinely shop for better tax climates. Governments are always looking for new ways to suck additional taxes from anyone. The two forces compete. Washington's taxes and Illinois' tax relief freed Boeing from Seattle.

"Medicaid is nothing but a way for people, that are not really in poverty, to get free medical services."

It is also a way to grow government. The larger government, the more control politicians exert.
