On #5- Max 60% of your equity in any single stock (new rule)

This should be 60% of the total portfolio including any cash position;

this should be at time of purchase, and if a player miscalculates, the excess goes into cash;

if a position rises, it does not force an automatic rebalancing.

IMO.
