Yes, and recycling according to the new CA laws requiring certification of the plants doing this is now big and advanced business in California.

I only recently was taken on a tour at one of those plants and I was just over whelmed. never could imagine that this is that well organized and how much know how is invested in the systematic processing and recycling of the materials dumped.

Yes, I've seen the ones up here. Recycling has become big business.
