maybe because the federal employees who handle this stuff on regular basis never even informed their upper management of the transaction. maybe because this was in the financial news since last oct., nov.

now that all the get bush and those on both sides up for election and read the polls are out let's see what the 45 days comes up with.. if not a good deal then drop it. if a good deal go ahead. in the meantime i liked to think iran is of more immediate concern than operation of a port where we do not have any american companies interested in handling.

ps if cheney only got an 18% approval rating i figure it must all be nra membership.
