oh so companies when they buy out others have never paid a 20% premium ?? What are you doing on an invertor board. Shouldn't you be on Silicon 'Feel Goodor" board

That doesn't raise any questions for me. But the 20% is the premium over fair market value, not what they beat Singapore by (which was lower).
