thats a good observation on your part? Just what should a new investor of PLNI be cautionary about?

possible lies?
possible pump and dump tactics?
possible false and misleading prs?
possible false share structure?

Thats a pretty good thing for Pink sheets to protect the investor with precautionary measure...

Why would they take such a measure?
