Bush a "natural leader". Never has he shown this. Life's opportunities handed to him on a silver platter, and for forty years he squandered it. A failure in business and incapable of putting two sentences together. Inspires no one. Only when the Republicans needed a face and a name to rally behind (with Rove's brain to run it), was he reinvented as the anti-clinton. Remember, he didn't even know about the port deal until it was done. Such leadership....his own people didn't bother to tell him about it. How much else doesn't he know?
