John; It will still always be "he said she said". They should have welcomed the sheriff in to interview Cheney right away if they didn't want people to continue to speculate and tell stories. Maybe they couldn't? There was a pretty convincing article a few days ago posted here that some secret service guys were already talking. The story was he had been drinking and more than "one beer". The real story here for me is, one of judgement. There is nothing about this incidence that suggest GOOD judgement. With the President going to India, this man is now in charge of of the most powerful military in the world. As John Stewert says; "the patience of the American people is staggering".
