Buckley for sure doesn't deserve it as the leader of a company which plummeted to pennies a share.As a shareholder since 1999,he should have the huge paper losses I have.I'll never have to pay capital gains tax ever again.

I don't see a figure for the "specified increase" which needs to be realized. Is it known?
