I didn't say he or the others have to show up for the hearing, what I did say is the hearing date at the BCSC will probably change IN MY OPINION. If tonys sentencing date here in the US isn't March 6 as was thought and is rescheduled as you claimed for March 22nd, my guess is the BCSC will reschedule the 03/15/2006 hearing for a date after he is sentenced.
