Steve, How would you measure it? Or is it a moving formula that changes like Carter's "misery" index did under kerry's campaign? LOL, I see lots of "misery indices" in the news all the time. One such index includes home affordability. Based on this alone, I ought to be even more "miserable" than Al or JF considering where I live. ZOMG! I can hardly afford to live in my own home!
