Intel Chief: Bush's Boondoggle Could Engulf Middle East news.yahoo.com So, according to Negroponte, Bush's poorly-planned escapade in Iraq and the resulting violent civil war could engulf the entire region, giving us exactly the opposite result of what Bush promised when he laid out fabricated evidence, then asked for our support. What a terrible waste of US lives, money and manpower, which also contributed to the debacle of Katrina. Bush has betrayed us all and given Osama Bin Lauden exactly what he wanted. Time for Bush to go.
