Wayne - Agreed, it just seemed to me that given the progress at OT, that IVN should not be range-bound between $7-$8. However, you are right about country risk, or at least the perception of it. RF talked about this in his presentation in Tampa and said that democracy is like making sausages, it can be difficult to watch. But he believes that ultimately things will get sorted out in an equitable fashion. In the meantime, China has been making some nice infrastructure investments that will help IVN get their products to market. RF mentioned that China wants to be sure that they have access to raw materials that do not have to come through their ports (in the case of a blockade). Paul
