The port operators:

1. Have access to the names and addresses of everyone working in the port.

2. Have information about all the containers moving in the port, what ships they come off of, who moves them and where they go.

What information would a terrorist want that was attempting to infiltrate a port and get something through to a destination inland by truck? Maybe who they needed to extort to get it done?

Do you get it? We don't want potentially compromised ARABS having this information. I'm sure the Coast Guard, who also provide SECURITY ON THE GROUND at the ports, know this. Apparently, you don't.
