Without those downgrades I would never be able to buy. And would now have despaired of finding value in the market, and would have locked my money into 5% CD for the next 3 years. Of course I would also sleep better, instead of tossing and turning all night worrying over who would down-grade next. But so far, I'm liking today's downgrade. Hopefully they'll re-it tomorrow to get it over 21. Sarmad
