Kerry knows how to work with other nations, as well as Republicans. Bush doesn't. Bush only works with his inner circle of cronies, many of whom are corrupt and/or keep him in the dark. Bush is really out of it much of the time. It's scary when he admits he doesn't even read newspapers. And except for Arab shieks whose asses he licks, Bush doesn't get along with any foreign leaders.
