Bush is raising taxes.

Even with these fees the overall net effect is a tax cut. Reagan raised taxes after cutting them as well and also had a net overall cut.

He's also pissed on our Constitution and our Homeland Security

He's the biggest deficit spender in history

In nominal dollar terms yes. As a percent of our economy no.
He does spend to much, and should be bashed for it, and I also think the deficits are larger than they should be, but accurate criticism is better than partisan hyperbole.
