Bush is raising taxes. Even with these fees the overall net effect is a tax cut. Reagan raised taxes after cutting them as well and also had a net overall cut. He's also pissed on our Constitution and our Homeland Security Very debatable assertions. totally screwed up Iraq A somewhat debatable assertion. done nothing to close our borders What would Gore or Kerry have done? What would you do if you where president. He's the biggest deficit spender in history In nominal dollar terms yes. As a percent of our economy no. He does spend to much, and should be bashed for it, and I also think the deficits are larger than they should be, but accurate criticism is better than partisan hyperbole. Tim
