I would say people who blame Clinton are sadistic. The proof is, they love torture.

Speaking of blaming it all on Clinton or democrats in general I was set back a little when I read what Scalia had to say about the Texas redistricting......

"Several justices responded that partisanship is always part of redistricting. "Legislatures redraw their maps all the time for political reasons," said Justice Antonin Scalia. "To say this is something horrible is ridiculous.""

It sounds to me just like the neocons when they scream Clinton did it so it's alight for junior to do it (even if it's 100 times worse.) Scalia also sounds a little like rummy trying to gloss over something which is screwed up in Iraq. What else could you expect from a far right winger who said he was voting in junior's favor in the Gore vs bush case because if he didn't it might hurt junior.

Court hears arguments over Texas' redrawn congressional map

WASHINGTON - Several Supreme Court justices Wednesday expressed skepticism that a controversial Texas redistricting plan engineered by former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay should be thrown out because it was undertaken for solely partisan reasons.
