I think any subpoenas concerning PLNI are more likely to be issued by the SEC for certain individuals closely linked to PLNI pumping and dumping.

Actually shorts, a former circuit judge has examined what is being discussed. Since it has never been brought before a court before, he seems to think there may be merit. Assuming you all continue to manifest the activity. Might be a good time to pull out the law books and review case law. The lawyer involved is just an old retired guy. Seems he's an investor too.
