Maybe a miscommunication.....it looked as if you were defending a certain person and his actions.....which would be fine if he deserved it, but clearly he does not....as I said, the guy is either 100% blatantly lying or is the dumbest investor I have ever met.....Time will answer that question however, I suspect. anyway, my apologies....

Thus he was very interested in the tort aspects of the postings here and on SI especially. He is approching this pro bono and is providing assitance to several other PLNI shareholders as well.
