I mean, case in point. In the 1970's and '80's when the U.S. unleashed torture and death squads in Latin America, the Latinos didn't manage to "finish killing each other". In what was clearly a strategic failure on the US's part, Central America ONLY managed to depopulate itself by 15% during the 1980's. I mean, for all we know ... you know, the history books are a little fuzzy on this ... the plan in the 1980's may have been to have Latino's finish killing each other off, and then populate Central America with Muslims. And here's what really gets my goat. I mean, with a depopulation success rate in the 1980's in Central America of over 15%, the current US administration goes and appoints one of the key overseers of this policy in Latin America, John Negroponte. I mean, no one disputes his torture and death squad credentials, but how is his track record in Latin America supposed to inspire confidence on the terror and genocide front? OK, I'll grant you that he had some exception successes, most particularly in Guatemala, but I bet he doesn't depopulate Iraq by more than, oh, say 20%, and that, my friend, is simply not good enough. I mean, really, Latinos are supposed to move into an Iraq only depopulated by 20%??? Seriously. A dilemma to be sure. So I think your on to something very provocative. All I'm saying is we need to think this thru clearly. Regards, Glenn
