The NSA wiretapping thingy is apparently much broader than the WH originally admitted. It no longer fits into the scope of their original rationale about war powers or whatever so now Gonzales is backtracking to the Senate trying to find constitutional grounds for it.

OMG.

It is so out of control. Do we really have a functioning government? It certainly doesn't appear so.
