$800K Expected From eFLOW Ability in Germany in 2006

TEL AVIV, ISRAEL--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 13, 2006 -- Top Image Systems Ltd. (NasdaqSC:TISA - News), the leading innovator of data capture solutions, announced today that eight German customers have chosen eFLOW Ability to streamline their entire invoice process.

eFLOW Ability improves invoice processing, reduces the time it takes for an invoice to be approved for payment and eliminates double payments, lost invoices and other human mistakes along the way. Therefore, MAN Ferrostaal AG, Gmünder ErsatzKasse GEK Healthinsurance, Schmitz Cargobull AG, Pilatus Aircraft ltd., Zahnärztekasse AG Healthinsurance, Koenig & Bauer AG, Dalli-Werke GmbH & Co. KG among others chose eFLOW Ability technology to automate their entire purchase-to-pay cycle.

"In most of these projects, TIS cooperates with new local partners. TIS is highly committed to these partners and is closely involved in their activities. This success proves that our channel strategy works," said Michael Spiess, Sales Director of TIS in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. "The relationships that were established with partners such as d.velop AG, Akros AG and entana business solutions GmbH are proving themselves and are bearing fruits," added Mr. Spiess.

eFLOW Ability offers a complete SAP-oriented business workflow and an accounts payable document processing, approval, and validation solution. It provides an integrated module interfacing with SAP systems for automated parking, approval and posting of invoices and any other document within SAP systems.

"eFLOW Ability was introduced only a few months ago to address customers' strong demands for a SAP-based complete solution which integrates data capture with financial workflow systems," said Michael Schrader, General Manager of TIS in Germany. "As Germany has Europe's largest and most sophisticated market for imaging technologies, TIS faces a fierce competition by global as well as local software providers. Being SAP's backyard and one of its strongest markets, we are extremely satisfied with the success our new solution enjoys in Germany."
