Last night we watched Walk The Line, and enjoyed it very much. I felt so much compassion for Johnny Cash and people who share his life style. To those of us in the trenches, it might seem glamorous, but to me it seems like a life of torture.

It is a wonder that more of them don't crash and burn. Fortunately for Johnny Cash, he had June Carter. She seems to have had her feet on the ground.

I was more struck by the songs that were left out of the film that by the ones that were included. One of my favorites, "If I Were A Carpenter" was missing. Also, the title song "Walk The Line" did I miss it or was it not there?
