I think they single out women, because they know after a while a man might not take it and just sock them... One time I slammed my shoes on the counter, this was the THIRD TIME IN ONE DAY that I had been searched...the woman started screaming for a supervisor and screaming at me to go sit in the chair...when she told the supervisor I'd slammed my shoes down..he came over practically kissing my feet to apologize. I didn't say one word to him, so he had no idea what had lead up to this embarrassment...that was the straw.. It was so funny, I was on my way to Baton Rouge for a wedding and as it turned out, I sat next to a man I'd known a long time ago who was a lawyer...He said he thought he was going to have to get me out of jail...

"I think they are miserable SOB's who get a kick out of messing with other people because their life is so miserable." Which is why the sop to get Democrat support was such a stupid idea. When you have government employees, you have the worst of both worlds. There are some professions like Air Traffic Controller that have very high barriers to entry that keep out the worthless. Feeling up old ladies does not seem to warrant that level of professionalism.

From the attitudes of some of the searchers I think they are miserable SOB's who get a kick out of messing with other people because their life is so miserable. Some arent' terribly smart, either. A buddy of mine is an Assistant US Attorney in Cleveland. He prosecuted a guy who happened to be a TSA flunkey. They guy showed up for his initial appearance in his TSA uniform. He apparently thought it'd help him out with the Judge. My buddy called the guy's boss, told him about it, and the guy lost his job.
