ah, I suppose he just sat in the Green Zone and dreamed it all up. Make you fell better? I guess since the UN left Iraq 2-3 years ago we really have no idea how he came up with all those claims. It's sort of like the recent UN report which condemned the situation and activities in Guatanamo, even though the report writers had never been there. You've gotta apply a little skepticism to people claiming expertise over things which are pretty difficult to be expert about.
