If you are talking about Republican politico's , of course they had to jump up and start waving their arms.....AFTER Chucky Shumer did. It is getting close to an election year, and Chucky Shumer recognized that this could be what the Dems need to come back from the grave, so of course being the concerned citizen he is..HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA...HE jumped first. The wussy Republicans thought they had to cover their butts. If you are talking about John Q Public Republicans, I made a point to talk to more than several....and you know what THEY knew? All the knew was that the Muslim Arabs were coming to take over ownership of our ports(including security)..that is if they knew anything about it at all. Of course they would be against that. Of course NO ONE hollered as the Chinese took over our West Coast ports...now THERE is a country capable of delivering a nuke.....hmmmmm
