RIMM has been a fantastic trader...look at that channel

If you have been trading RIMM, do you think the After Hour trading in RIMM will continue on Monday?

I haven't traded RIMM, but it seems like the After Hours announcement was one of "good news/bad news." The good news was they settled their case which looks fantastic for the future, but the bad news seems to be an earnings warning?

"RIM said Friday that it had added 620,000 to 630,000 new subscribers in the fiscal fourth quarter, which ended in February, below the 700,000 to 750,000 it had estimated in December. It blamed the shortfall on unexpectedly high uncertainty among customers about the litigation.

RIM also cuts its revenue estimate for the quarter to $550 million to $560 million, from a previous forecast of $590 million to $620 million. Earnings excluding litigation costs are now expected at 64 cents to 66 cents per share, down from 76 cents to 81 cents."

Chicos earnings rose 35%, but it "missed" analyst estimates by a penny, and it has traded down over $7 a share since their earnings announcement. (Which IMO is a buying opportunity for a long term investor.)

It will be interesting to see how the settlement news and the earnings warning will affect the RIMM share price on Monday.
