The Dubai-based company has been using former President Bill Clinton to lead its efforts to get the deal done. The Emirates have employed Clinton on past occasions, including a deal to speak for $300,000 the other month. What's wrong with that? It's not surprising, therefore, that Clinton was only happy to provide his counsel and influence in getting past the initial security review of the investment in the ports...<?I> As if Mr. Clinton has a huge influence in the Bush administration.
