The only thing that can defeat the US is a lack of resolve on our own part. I have a question for you regarding the UAE deal. Some are bothered more than others about it, but I think very few Americans are happy about the prospect and many are surprised to learn we’ve had foreign companies managing our ports. My question is this. Do foreign companies have any kind of advantage over American companies regarding union labor and if not, why aren’t we managing these ports ourselves? * * *
