I see a spread quad top break coming once the stock hits 14.66.

Sometimes StockCharts will call something as ascending double top break (meaning the we've had multiple double top breaks in consecutive columns of X's) when I prefer to call it a spread N-top break. So, it really depends on who's doing the calling. Traditionally, consecutive tops/bottoms are assumed when one refers to a multiple top/bottom breakout/down. You need to add the "spread" modifier if you're referring to the spread condition of the tops/bottoms.
